Housekeeping Attendant ensures that all guest and colleague areas are maintained to a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness, as assigned by the Housekeeping Management Team and in accordance with the Company policies, procedures and standards as laid out by the management to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   -

The role of a Head Host / Hostess is essential in creating positive experience for the guests of MasterChef the TV Experience. They will provide our guests with a warm and sincere greeting and to ensure any of their special requirements are carefully communicated to the Service team. Throughout the shift, Head Hostess is responsible for managing the flow of the dining room, so that guests are seated in an efficient and timely manner that enhances their experience. Head Host / Hostess also assists the Management Team in ensuring that an effective and rigorous training program is continuously carried out for the Reception / Reservations team and in providing guidance to his/her team in a motivational atmosphere.  

- Responsible for doing all preparations for the service, like preparing table planning and menu’s. - Ensure all menus and are clean and ready for operation on floors. - Any specific menus (buffet, brunch, promotions and etc.) have been printed and are ready for use. - Making sure to work with clean equipment and surfaces. - To ensure that Micros is correctly set-up according to the meal period. -

Job Summary:   The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, especially when it comes to their luggage and transportation needs. They are responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting them with their luggage, and providing information about the hotel's amenities and services.
