Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Travel and Coordination Executive to manage member travel arrangements and deliver a seamless travel experience. The ideal candidate will coordinate bookings, visa processing, and travel logistics while working closely with hotels and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional member satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Coordinate members' travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Manage visa applications and ensure all required travel documents are completed.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for members before, during, and after their trips.
  • Manage CRM updates, booking trackers, and operational reports.
  • Monitor arrivals, departures, no-shows, and booking changes.
  • Handle member inquiries through phone and email while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination, hotel reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with CRM and reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Languages:

  • English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • French (preferred).
  • Russian (an advantage).
