Job Description

The Property Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Property Management and Sales & Leasing teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves the accurate preparation and coordination of tenancy contracts, proper document screening, and maintaining up-to-date records. The admnistrator also supports operational excellence through effective coordination with internal departments, external portals, and regulatory systems such as Ejari, Trakheesi, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and addendums in coordination with the property manager.

  • Register, renew, and cancel tenancy contracts using the Ejari system, ensuring full compliance with DLD regulations.

  • Maintain and update tenant and property files, both physically and digitally, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as accounts, leasing/sales, and property management to support daily operations.

  • Track lease expiry dates and send timely notifications to tenants for renewals or terminations.

  • Arranging courier bookings and delivery tracking
  • Support the property manager in the collection and tracking of rent payments and otehr adinistrative fees.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on tenancy status, occupancy, Ejari updates, and document submissions.

  • Liaise with government authorities or external vendors when necessary to complete registrations or documentation.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in property administration or real estate support.

  • Hands-on experience with the Ejari system is essential.

  • Good understanding of UAE tenancy laws and DLD regulations.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Strong understanding of real estate listing portals, CRM systems, and the Trakheesi platform.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and property management software.

  • Fluency in English is required
