Job Description

  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Ensuring the company is operating securely and effectively
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Supervising administrative staff and delegating responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
  • Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process-incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
  • Providing administration support to Sales, Tele sales Managers and Senior Management.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Preparing SPAs & Airwaybills as and when requested by Client Services.
  • Maintaining credit card & cash logs.
  • Updating CRM with payments for clients
  • Making sure all necessary approval is in place to proceed with deal registration in CRM.
  • Making sure reservation forms & SPAs are always updated.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • 3-5 years of customer service and computer experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Must have excellent written and oral English language skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good customer service skills, ability to coordinate the daily activities of others and type 50 WPM or greater.
  • Additionally, general knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet and data base computer software is required, as well as technical aptitude, good problem solving and organizational skills and a willingness to accept new challenges.
  • Ability to coordinate and perform several tasks at the same time.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • The role sometimes demands long workings hours and working weekends

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or above
