Job Description

 

This role is dedicated to driving business setup and registration sales while delivering exceptional client support. The specialist guides clients through company formation processes, including licensing, registration, and visa requirements ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external authorities. Acting as the bridge between prospects, clients, and operations, the role combines high-touch client care with a strong sales orientation: converting leads into successful setups, identifying cross-selling opportunities, securing timely fee collections, and building lasting client relationships. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to revenue growth, client loyalty, and The First Group’s reputation as a trusted partner in business establishment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary services that meet client needs and add value, ensuring each client interaction contributes to business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and reliability, driving client retention and loyalty.
  • Follow up on pending client fees and payments in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely collections while preserving strong client rapport.
  • Manage client documentation with precision, ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance, and data integrity that instill confidence and support smooth processing.
  • Monitor the progress of client documents, providing timely updates that keep clients and internal stakeholders fully informed.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, reinforcing client satisfaction and delivering a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts, resolve issues efficiently, and implement improvements that enhance the overall client journey.
  • Assist clients with essential processes such as medicals and visa biometrics, including accompanying them when required to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

 

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Experience: Previous experience in client services, customer care, or sales support, preferably within professional services, real estate, immigration, or financial services.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain trust. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Sales Orientation: Ability to identify client needs, recommend relevant services, and confidently manage fee collection while preserving strong relationships.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences, with a proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Competence: Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools, with high attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
