Job Summary:
At Hotel Avalon, the Front Office Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to guests and visitors. This position involves performing a variety of administrative and front desk duties in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, a positive “can-do” attitude, and the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
As part of a dynamic and customer-focused team, you will be instrumental in creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Hotel Avalon’s commitment to excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests in accordance with TFG Hospitality standards.
Perform all Front Office operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally, following hotel etiquette.
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests in a timely and helpful manner.
Handle cashiering tasks, including billing, payments, and foreign currency exchange.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Front Office systems and software.
Provide accurate and clear information regarding hotel services, facilities, and operating hours.
Review Front Office logs and Trace File; monitor guest credit limits daily.
Coordinate with Front Office Team Leaders to ensure seamless daily operations.
Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Complete shift checklists and assigned duties promptly and accurately.
Promote hotel services, packages, and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.
