Job Description

We are looking for a courteous and energetic Bellman to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the hotel and local area, and ensure a welcoming first impression. Russian-speaking candidates are preferred. Prior experience is not required; we value the right attitude, communication skills, and a guest-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

  • Assist guests with luggage handling (delivery, storage, and retrieval).

  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.

  • Arrange transportation services (taxis, shuttles, etc.) when requested.

  • Provide directions, recommendations, and general assistance about the hotel and local area.

  • Handle guest requests quickly and professionally.

  • Maintain the lobby and entrance areas in a presentable condition.

  • Support Front Office/Concierge teams with daily tasks.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Language Skills: English fluency must be at least 8/10 (spoken and written). Russian language proficiency is highly preferred.

  • Education & Experience: No prior hotel or bellman experience required (training will be provided).

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and move luggage with speed and efficiency.

  • Personality: Pleasant, approachable, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Team Player: Cooperative, reliable, and able to work well within a diverse team.
