Job Description

The F&B Crew is an essential member of our food and beverage team, responsible for assisting with the smooth operation of the dining and service areas. You will help ensure an outstanding guest experience by providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting your team members in daily tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally as they enter the establishment.
  • Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and services, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to the restaurant’s standards.
  • Help with basic food preperation, such as assembling trays, plating food, or refilling drink stations.
  • Ensure all items are stocked and ready for service, including condiments, utensils, and napkins.
  • Clean and set up dining areas, ensuring tables are tidy and ready for guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the food and beverage section, including dining room, kitchen, and service areas.
  • Dispose of waste, clean dishes, and ensure the proper disposal of trash according to health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with fellow crew members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient service.
  • Support other F&B staff in various roles, such as washing dishes, restocking supplies, and assisting with event setup.
  • Follow all instructions from senior staff to ensure service runs smoothly.
  • Listen to customer feedback and communicate it to the appropriate team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Handle minor customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary.

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service (required).
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Good understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
