We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Customer Service & Reservation team .
This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, smooth travel arrangements, and effective internal and external coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Travel Coordination
Liaise with clients and members to confirm preferred travel dates and arrangements.
Coordinate with hotel reservations to secure bookings according to client needs.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations.
Serve as a link between teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.
Primary Point of Contact
Act as the main liaison between the operations team and members, ensuring regular updates and quick problem resolution.
Administrative Duties
Prepare accurate reports and maintain up-to-date records of travel plans, communications, and departmental activities.
Customer Service
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance satisfaction.
Address concerns efficiently and escalate when needed.
Operational Support
Assist with daily operational tasks to meet departmental objectives.
Identify and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency.
