As an In Room Dining Elevator Agent, you will ensure the seamless transfer and timely delivery of in-room dining orders through guest-facing areas with discretion, precision, and grace.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the secure and silent movement of trolleys and trays between kitchen, service lifts, and guest floors.
Communicate effectively with IRD team to ensure synchronized delivery and clearance.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of service elevators and hallways.
Monitor elevator usage to prioritize IRD services during peak hours.
Assist in resolving logistical or timing challenges related to in-room dining flow.
Ensure food and beverage items are protected and presented to standard during transit.
Requirements:
Background in 5-star hotel operations or back-of-house services preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Discreet, guest-oriented demeanor and presentation.
Familiarity with safety procedures and elevator operations.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
