Job Description

  • Assist the Sales team in identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare professional sales documents including proposals, contracts, agreements, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Ensure all client inquiries and requests are responded to promptly and professionally, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems, ensuring all records, communications, and follow-ups are accurately tracked.
  • Manage client correspondence, including thank-you notes, follow-up emails, and post-event evaluations to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Support the Sales team in tracking KPIs, occupancy forecasts, and revenue reports.
  • Assist in analysing sales performance data and market trends to help develop informed strategies for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, email blasts, and seasonal offers designed to drive occupancy and awareness.
  • Manage the distribution of up-to-date marketing materials across departments and partner channels, ensuring brand standards and consistency.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of site inspections, familiarization trips, corporate meetings, and special events.
  • Liaise with event planners, corporate clients, and internal teams (Events, Banqueting, Rooms, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, Events, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on guest requirements and group bookings.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication to all stakeholders regarding booking details, special requests, and client expectations.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the same role within a luxury hotel environment. Dubai Marina experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and hotel CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
