Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis II – Hot Kitchen to join our dynamic culinary team at Silver Sands Beach, Jeddah. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 2–3 years of experience in an international hotel kitchen to grow and thrive in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of hot kitchen dishes

• Follow standard recipes and maintain high food quality and hygiene standards

• Work closely with senior chefs to learn and develop culinary skills

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–3 years of experience in a 4/5-star international hotel is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hot kitchen operations and food safety standards
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
