We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – Intern to join our Talent Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, along with exposure to a wide range of administrative responsibilities. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a foundation within the hospitality industry.
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding processes including document collection and communication.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and internal reports.
Prepare offer letters, employment forms, and other related documentation.
Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events or career fairs.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Development team.
The internship is for 6 months (full time).
Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous internship experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
