As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Ciel, you are a key leader on the floor — ensuring that each service flows seamlessly and every guest experience reflects the signature sophistication of the world’s tallest hotel. You lead by example, guiding the team with confidence, supporting daily operations, and driving excellence in every detail. With your passion for hospitality and operational know-how, you help turn everyday dining moments into exceptional ones.
Supervise daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
Lead the front-of-house team during service, providing clear direction, motivation, and hands-on support.
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and handle any issues or service recovery with professionalism.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Support staff training, onboarding, and continuous development in line with Ciel’s service philosophy.
Ensure all team members uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
Maintain inventory levels, assist with stock control, and communicate requisitions to management.
Manage the floor plan, reservations, and guest flow during peak hours.
Support in preparation of reports, shift summaries, and daily briefings.
Contribute ideas for service enhancements, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality or high-end dining.
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic operational reporting.
Calm, confident presence on the floor with excellent guest interaction skills.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak service hours.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
