Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Associate at Ciel, you are a key contributor to the exceptional dining experiences that define the world’s tallest hotel. Whether in a signature restaurant, rooftop lounge, or in-room dining, your role is to bring warmth, precision, and elegance to every guest interaction. You are passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about our offerings, and committed to creating unforgettable moments in every service encounter.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with genuine hospitality and guide them through their dining experience with confidence and care.

  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about ingredients, allergies, and pairing recommendations.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.

  • Serve meals and beverages in accordance with Ciel’s service standards, ensuring timing, presentation, and etiquette are flawless.

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, preferences, or service recovery situations.

  • Maintain a clean, polished, and organized service station and dining area.

  • Assist with table settings, mise en place, and closing duties as required.

  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.

  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a hospitality or food & beverage role; luxury or fine dining experience preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

  • Well-groomed appearance and a positive, professional attitude.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
