Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and compile reports.

  • Prepare various marketing administrative forms, including complimentary forms, entertainment forms, and IT-related request forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Handle the distribution and tracking of vouchers for marketing activities
  • Marketing Invoices: Process and track marketing invoices related to hospitality through Powerapps and Adaco, redirect all Food & Beverage marketing invoices to the respective F&B admins and coordinators, ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
  • VCC Management: Raising paid media VCCs and processing related payments.
  • Process expense claims and reimbursement requests for the marketing team, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing of payments.
  • Update and manage the team’s time schedules, ensuring all-time records are accurately captured and regularized within the HR system (Oracle).

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Comfortable analyzing data and marketing metrics.

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, and digital signature tools (e.g., Annature) is a plus.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
