Job Description

 

  • Manage the flow of leads from CRM into the operation teams
  • Follow existing processes and help develop new ones aimed at maximizing database monetization
  • Gather, validate and document business requirements for leads
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead consumption and conversion
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes to the lead mix.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
  • Deliver actionable business insights including analysis of large and complex datasets
  • Work closely with Technology team to ensure business processes align with technology solutions.
  • Participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed

Desired Skill & Expertise

 

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience in writing Microsoft SQL queries
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Experience in Microsoft dynamics CRM is a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI is a plus
  • Python or R knowledge is a plus
