Job Description

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Implement and maintain high-quality service and food standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team efficiency.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to optimize service and labor costs.
  • Motivate and lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational success.

Financial & Business Performance:

  • Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve margins.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory to reduce waste.
  • Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions when necessary.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence:

  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring high service standards.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, taking proactive steps to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement promotions and special events to attract and retain guests.

Marketing & Business Growth:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing footfall.
  • Collaborate on menu development, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and the community to drive brand awareness.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
