Job Description

 

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:

    • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Focus on event and banquet sales to maximize profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Develop action plans to address sales challenges and achieve goals.
  • Event Coordination Support:

    • Collaborate with the events and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
    • Ensure all client requirements for events and banquets are met.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and contracts.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.
  • Promoting Hotel Services:

    • Actively promote the hotel’s services, packages, and facilities to potential clients.
    • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
    • Ensure all agreements align with the hotel's policies and standards.
  • Customer Feedback and Improvements:

    • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and offerings.
    • Propose enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
