Job Description

As an F&B Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other staff members. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Provide recommendations based on the menu and special offerings.
  • Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Process orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
  • Check food and beverage quality and presentation before serving.
  • Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Set up and clean dining tables, as well as restock condiments, napkins, and utensils.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including following health and safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with fellow F&B associates, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training new staff members when necessary.
  • Support other areas of the F&B department as needed, including bar service, cashier duties, and event preparation.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor or manager for resolution.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service (required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
