Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Development team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and overseeing onboarding for positions across various departments in the hotel. This is a key role in ensuring that we attract and hire individuals who align with our brand and values, and who will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other hotel operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely and effective recruitment solutions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Pool Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to reach passive candidates and increase talent pool diversity.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
  • Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure that recruitment practices comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in recruitment and hospitality industry best practices.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
