Job Description

As an F&B Crew Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will assist with various tasks in the dining and service areas, helping to ensure a seamless guest experience. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable skills in customer service, food and beverage preparation, and hospitality operations, while contributing to a positive atmosphere within the team.

  • Assist in greeting and seating guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Help take customer orders and ensure their needs are met during their dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages, ensuring correct order details and proper presentation.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation and assembly of food and beverages, following guidelines and safety standards.
  • Help with setting up food stations, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food presentation.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as portioning, garnishing, or arranging ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including dining spaces, kitchen, and service stations.
  • Assist with setting up, cleaning, and breaking down tables and dining areas.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and ready for use.
  • Help with the disposal of waste and manage trash in compliance with health regulations.
  • Work closely with senior F&B staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and managers, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training and learning from experienced team members.
  • Support other staff in non-customer-facing duties, such as inventory checks, restocking, and equipment maintenance.
  • Take part in daily briefings, training sessions, and workshops designed to enhance your knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  • Observe and learn from F&B operations, including customer service techniques, food safety procedures, and teamwork strategies.
  • Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to improve performance.
