Job Description

 

The First Group is looking for an Emirati Creative Marketing Executive who will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that incorporate creativity. Working alongside the Assistant Manager - Creative Marketing, they will support the design and production of marketing audio-visual materials. The executive will ensure that the design and format processes and standards are implemented to allow for a smooth production of high-quality content and consistent results.

 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Account Management

Majority of the tasks pertaining to the Creative Marketing Executive surround management of all visual requests. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating with stakeholders to understand details of the request.
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas/briefs that as per the request requirements.
  • Providing designers with all necessary details to execute the request.
  • Reviewing all assets to ensure they are as per brief and as per brand guidelines.
  • Ensuring that all assets are shared as per timeline, following up with stakeholders/designers as required.
  • Asset Management

A significant aspect of content creation is the assets (content) that is delivered as a result. It is imperative that the executive organizes and manages these assets effectively for storage purposes and for ease in completion of related tasks.

  • The executive must organize and maintain all the footage from shoots (photos and videos) in folders with the appropriate naming conventions so that they can be easily accessed for other tasks such as creation of reels, website updates, newsletters, etc. They should develop and ensure the implementation of an efficient process for the storage and management of said assets.

In addition to the in-house production assets, all information relating to stock platforms are the responsibility of the Creative Marketing Executive. They will manage and provide these assets to any internal stakeholders as and when required

 

Desired Skill & Expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing Strategy, Film Production, Arts, Design, Communication)

  • Fluent in Arabic

  • Fluent in English

Preferred Computer Proficiency

  • MS Office
  • Adobe Creative Cloud

Technical Capability

  • Strong working knowledge of the fundamentals—interaction design, user-centred experience design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Design Principles.

  • Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trends.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour.
