Job Description

As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales across a portfolio of hotels within the cluster. This includes managing key accounts, developing new corporate partnerships, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue. You will collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to achieve business targets, focusing on securing corporate contracts, increasing market share, and ensuring a seamless experience for corporate clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the hotel’s client base.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts based on clients' needs.
  • Implement the sales strategy for the hotel cluster to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations with corporate clients and travel partners.
  • A strong understanding of corporate accounts within the Tecom and Jebel Ali areas will be essential for cultivating relationships and tapping into key markets.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the hotels and attract new business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Analyze client performance, feedback, and satisfaction levels to optimize the sales approach.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Revenue, Operations, Front Office) to ensure smooth coordination of corporate bookings.
  • Report regularly on sales activity, pipeline progress, and account performance to the Sales Manager or Director.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and budgets.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • A valid UAE driving licence and car is a MUST
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of the local and regional corporate market is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
