Job Description

The Membership Host is responsible for providing exceptional service to current and prospective members of the hotel’s exclusive club or leisure facility. The role involves handling inquiries, managing membership accounts, promoting the club’s offerings, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all members. The Membership Host will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring members' needs are met and delivering a personalized experience that enhances guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all members and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle membership inquiries, provide detailed information about club services, and assist with membership sign-ups and renewals.
  • Maintain and update accurate membership records in the system.
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective members and explain the benefits of membership.
  • Assist members with reservations, event bookings, and any special requests related to their membership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events team to promote new offers, events, and activities to members.
  • Resolve member complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the members' lounge, reception, and other related areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Stay informed about club services, programs, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members.
  • Monitor member satisfaction through feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to the management.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel, club, or spa setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience with membership software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
