Job Description

The Membership Host (Saudi National) is responsible for offering exceptional service to current and potential members of the hotel’s exclusive club or leisure facility. This role involves managing inquiries, promoting memberships, maintaining records, and providing a welcoming environment. The Membership Host serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring members' needs are met while delivering a personalized experience that enhances satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and warmly welcome all members and guests, creating a positive first impression.
  • Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about club services, membership options, and benefits.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and updating member records in the system.
  • Conduct tours for potential members and explain the benefits of joining the club.
  • Help members with reservations, event bookings, and other requests.
  • Promote new offers, events, and activities to members in collaboration with the marketing and events teams.
  • Resolve member concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of member reception areas and lounges.
  • Stay informed about all club services, events, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Gather and relay member feedback to management to continuously improve services.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Saudi National.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel, club, or spa setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience with CRM or membership software is an advantage.
  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
