Job Description

Seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Coordinator with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in implementing L&D initiatives, managing employee development programs, and ensuring a seamless coordination of HR functions. This role is critical in driving employee engagement, building talent pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain and update training records and employee certifications.
  • Support the development of e-learning platforms and resources.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and improve future programs.

HR Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Employee Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or L&D roles (fresh graduates with internships in HR are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
