We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Sales Administrator to support our sales team. Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily sales administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Process and follow up on sales orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports.
  • Perform general office duties.

 

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales support or administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • UAE National with Family Book
