Job Description

Job Summary:

Primary responsibility is to interpret and keep update in respect laws, rulings, and regulations for court cases. Your duties may include drafting legal documents, such as contracts, and pleadings, as well as representing the company in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.


Responsibilities:

  1. Case Management: Manage legal cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing the company in court.
  2. Contract Drafting and Review: Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and protect the interests of clients.
  3. Litigation: Represent the company in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and advocate on their behalf.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and agreements between parties to resolve disputes outside of court.
  5. Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and judicial decisions that may affect clients.
  6. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to provide updates, explain legal strategies, and address any concerns or questions the company may have.
  7. Compliance: Ensure that the company comply with applicable laws and regulations in their business operations and transactions.
  8. Ethical Standards: Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of legal practice.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Legal Experience: Previous experience practicing law in a law firm in UAE for at least 3 years.
  • Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of substantive and procedural law in the relevant practice area(s) including but not limited to RERA regulation and law in UAE.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ethical Conduct: Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and professional responsibility in the practice of law
