    The world’s first MasterChef-branded restaurant is coming to Dubai! Based on the hugely popular MasterChef reality television series, MasterChef the TV Experience will introduce a world-first dining experience to Dubai that will showcase the talents and recipes of MasterChef series contestants from many of the 52 territories where the programme is produced worldwide. Set to debut at Millennium Place Dubai Marina, the restaurant concept will fully immerse guests in the MasterChef TV show experience. Featuring an interior design concept inspired by the MasterChef TV set itself, diners will be able to choose from a dynamic menu featuring popular original dishes conceived and inspired by series contestants and champions.

    Job Description

    As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be in charge of the Pastry Kitchen and responsible for directing the food preparation under your supervision, ensuring the standard of the recipes and portions in the dishes prepared, overlook that proper storage, cooking, reheating, defrosting and labelling procedures of all food items are being followed adhering to all Company and brand standards and the Dubai Municipality Health and Safety requirements. Making sure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times. The Pastry Sous Chef position requires both culinary and managerial skills, you will aid in the training of junior chefs and always lead by example, so great monitoring abilities whilst performing regular duties will be expected from you. As Pastry Sous Chef you will manage the production, creation and presentation of all pastry items for MasterChef the TV Experience Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, the Meeting Rooms and Co-Working Spaces, Room Service, Pool Bar and Luggage Room.
