    Job Description

    Responsibilities include delivering every marketing/dialer campaign on time within budget and scope. Extensive utilization of in-house tools and services; CRM and guidelines from the Senior Operations Manager – Marketing Dept. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders/vendors for the flawless execution of campaigns
    • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Outstanding MS Excel skills
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource utilization and allocation through monitoring
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the Sales, Marketing and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks based on guidelines provided
    • Establish and maintain relationships with internals bodies/ third party vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

    Desired Skill & Expertise

    • Analytical Skills: Project analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
    • Communication Skills: Project analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
    • Critical Thinking: Project analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
    • Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Project analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.

    Education

    • Bachelor's or Master Degree
