    Job Description

    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    • Control and calculate the bonus and Reward schemes for the team/s.
    • Liaise with different departments within organization to support India Operations & Agent Programme
    • Must always stay Top-of-Mind with tour flows and stages.
    • Assist Agent Managers as and when is required.
    • Update client stages in CRM.
    • Maintain regular communications with Satellite offices.
    • Monitor employees attendance at the absence of the Senior manager: update vacations and sick leaves on spread sheets.
    • Electronic and digital filing as required.

    Minimum Qualifications

     

    • High School Diploma.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.
    • English & Hindi speaker.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor Degree.
    • Experience in CRM applications.
    • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
