    Job Description

    Project Manager Job Duties

     

    Responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Extensive utilization of in-house tools and services; CRM and guidelines from the Lead Management Head. Candidates should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders/vendors for the flawless execution of campaigns
    • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource utilization and allocation through monitoring
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed
    • Manage the relationship with the Sales, Marketing and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks based on guidelines provided
    • Establish and maintain relationships with internals bodies/ third party vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

    Desired Skill & Expertise

    Requirements

     

    • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer science/ Engineering or Management
    • Aspirations as a project administrator in the information technology sector
    • Exposure in software development and web technologies
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong propensity to learning new concepts.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
