    Job Description

    We are looking for an ambitious Junior Assistant to Administrator to provide support as an intern to the big international team. 

    The role will include assistance with day to day assignments related to the documents flow process and reporting.

     

    Job Description

    • Handling documents data base with daily updates
    • Handling  excel records which  combines reports  received from the team
    • Preparing weekly & monthly reports
    • Ability to provide out box solutions where and where required   
    • To deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
    • To update and to handle team schedule (leaves and shifts)
    • Assist the team with the preparation of monthly closing requirements adhering to deadlines
    • To be point of contact for administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.

    Desired Skill & Expertise

    • Excellent verbal & written communication in English
    • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
    • Should be able to multitask & good at follow ups. 
    • Should be able to handle stress & should be a team player.
    • Knowledge of general IT systems and applications including spreadsheets, word processing and databases
    • Should contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Clerical and administrative skills
    • Ability to work to deadlines and within defined standards.
    • Ability to undertake routine calculations & tasks
