Job Description

Job Purpose


To support the agent program with the below job duties


Typical Job Duties

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Go through the signing process of the agent agreement with the agents
  • Control the commission percentage that should be offered to the agents
  • Control  the agents bonus and spiffs
  • Agent  program mailing campaigns
  • Update  the agents with our new projects and offers
  • Daily assigning of the referral leads to DTS
  • Make sure that the leads are contacted by the telesales team
  • Control the referral leads in CRM and make sure that comments are updated on a daily basis
  • Provide  full admin support for agent program team
  • Monitor employees attendance at the absence of the Senior Marketing manager:update vacations and sick leaves on a spread sheet
  • Electronic and digital filing as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.

  • Experience in CRM applications
